The village of Boliqueime has a quaint church, a variety of shops, cafes and popular restaurants.  Conveniently just off the EN125 and five minutes from the A22 motorway the villa is close to all main attractions, shopping malls, golf courses and beaches.

A traditional Mediterranean garden with palm and cactus plants, there are many fruit trees including orange, lemon, lime and almonds. The gardens have full automatic irrigation from a private borehole and there is a septic tank.

The pool is walled and therefore ´child safe´ with a sun deck and there is a poolside shower and a barbeque in the garden.

The property is double glazed throughout, and has solar panels heating water, air conditioning in some rooms and has manual shutters at windows.  There is an alarm system for when the owners are not in residence.
